We specialize in Alarm Monitoring take over of any new or existing UL Fire Alarm System. Since we own our own UL Certified Alarm Monitoring Centers, our rate for UL Fire Alarm Monitoring starts at only $5.95 per Month.

You can choose to have us monitor your alarm system using your existing telephone lines or save even more money by cancelling your telephone lines when using our Network-IP, Cellular or Duel-Tech transmitters for completely independent emergency communications. And if you have an existing IP or Cellular transmitter, we can remotely transfer the service into our UL Fire Monitoring center.

If you purchase any of our new transmitters, we include the VirtuAlarm^® TOTAL CONTROL™ APP and service FREE to receive notifications upon any alarm condition in real time.

Phone Line Non UL Fire *Residential Monitoring - $5.95 per Month.

To switch your existing *Residential NON-UL Fire monitoring service into our UL Certified Monitoring Center, we recommend our sister company Alarm Monitoring Services. They can monitor NON-UL Fire systems for only $5.95 per month as well as Intrusion, Medical and Panic alarms.

*Residential term excludes any public business, housing, child or adult care facility located in a residential structure as determined by your local fire marshals office as non-UL fire services do not meet or provide for required NFPA 72 standards for these type of facilities including a daily test signal which if received, would be an additional fee.

Phone Line UL Fire Commercial Monitoring - $15.95 per Month.

To switch your existing COMMERCIAL UL Fire monitoring service into our UL FIRE CERTIFIED monitoring center is fast and easy. If you are using telephone lines to send your alarm signals into a monitoring center, and you have the installer or programming codes to your fire alarm system, we can quickly reprogram your alarm system with you over the phone. If you only have the fire alarm reset code, we will send you a pair of our patented Digital Signal Re-Directors to automatically reprogram your alarm system for you. Simply plug one into each of the two phone lines connected to your fire panel to automatically change your monitoring center to ours. You can choose to purchase our pair of Digital Fire Alarm Diverters for only $159.95 to receive our $15.95 rate, or lease it from us with any alarm monitoring plan for only $6.00 a month. (We recommend to cancel your expensive phone lines by switching to our IP or Wireless-Cellular services shown below.)

Your Existing UL Fire Transmitter - $25.95 per Month.

If your alarm system already has a Internet, wireless or cellular transmitter built-in, we do not recommend replacing it with one of our transmitters as you may lose special features that you would receive if we assumed the transmitter services from its manufacturer. By providing us with the serial number or MAC address on your alarm transmitter we can register it into our monitoring center. Should we determine your existing transmitter is non-useable, we can provide you with a replacement option in order for us to complete the monitoring take over.

Our UL Fire Cellular Transmitter (LTE-5G) - $25.95 per Month.

Our UL Fire Cellular Transmitter offers multiple transmission options and its up to you how many communication paths you choose to activate.

Out of the box, our UL Fire Cellular Transmitter shown here meets all NFPA requirements by sending both 5 minute Test signals and and alarm signals over a LTE-5G Cellular Network using Duel Sim Cards for Multiple Carriers.

Want even more? Then just turn on the IP Network Back-Up Communication Channel and you have yet another communications path enabled should your local carriers have issues or if in the distant future 5G services are reduced or eliminated, just like 2G and 3G have been in the past.
